John was born and raised in Sumter, SC.  John and his sister, the late JoAnne Osteen, opened Jewelry Wholesale in 1980.   John is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America as a certified gemologist .   

John Michael is John Copeland's nephew. He graduated from Holland School for Jewelers.   He is active in the Sumter Little Theatre and in his church, First Presbyterian.    

Tasha is a graduate from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  She has worked at Jewelry Wholesale for over 17 years.  She retired early from Black River Electric Cooperative, Inc.   She is active with her neighborhood association and church, Jehovah Missionary Baptist.  

Suzanne is the daughter of John Copeland and the manger of Jewelry Wholesale.  She is a graduate of USC and a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America as a certified gemologist .She has worked at Jewelry Wholesale her entire career and loves helping customers find their perfect fit.  

Tanisha graduated from Paul D. Camp Community College with an Associated Degree in Business Administration.   She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Norfolk State University.  She joined the Jewelry Wholesale team in June 2021. 

Cheryl has been on staff for over 12 years.  She has an amazing customer service skills and enjoys helping customers.

Will is the son of John Copeland.   With over 20 years of experience working in the store, he is a wealth of knowledge. 

Abbey is a student at Central Carolina Technical College studying to be a surgical technologist and plans to graduate in May 2023.  She has been on our team for 6 years. She strives to help each and every person find the perfect gift.
